The price includes exhibition space and entrance tickets for booth staff (maximum 5 tickets/exhibitor) and Camping spot + El 10 A.

Practical Info for Vendors
Opening hours
Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Check-in
Check-in at the information center upon arrival.
Delivery to the area
Arrange material delivery from Wednesday at 12:00 PM to Friday at 09:00 AM.
Dismantling
Begin dismantling Saturday evening after 9:00 PM. Complete dismantling and cleaning within 24 hours after the event ends.
Exhibition Area
Flat surface area. Space behind your tent for trailers or similar items.
Parking
Free parking for exhibitors at designated areas.
Waste management
Exhibitors are responsible for their own waste. Disposal stations are on the premises.
Food on premises
Café and food court available.
Security
The event area is under surveillance around the clock. Remove valuables from the area.
