About Us
Scandinavian Festival of Speed is hosted at Drivecenter Arena in Fällfors, 50 km northwest of Skellefteå. We strive to be the best automotive based festival in the northern part of Scandinavia.
Our History
Well over 20 years ago a group of friends rented a racetrack in northern Norway to race their own cars and practice their driving skills. Over the next months and years this group of friends evolved to hundreds of cars and thousands of spectators and the company Sommertreff was founded. For nearly 20 years Sommertreff was the biggest car festival in northern Norway and the highlight of every car enthusiast in the region. Unfortunately, as the festival grew bigger and bigger the racetrack heavily degraded alongside being too small to accommodate all the spectators. During the covid-19 period Sommertreff and Drivecenter Arena began their joint venture to move the car festival to Drivecenter Arena in Fällfos Sweden.

Ban on Bags
The introduction of a ban on bags at public events by the authorities aims to enhance safety in crowded areas. For Scandifos, this means that it is not permitted to bring bags into the Aftertrack area, as this is where a large number of visitors may gather.
Exceptions may be made for individuals who, for medical reasons, need to bring a bag or diaper bag when accompanying small children.
We kindly ask you to plan your visit accordingly so that you do not bring any bags (this also applies to bags and similar items). Unfortunately, we do not have any bag storage facilities on-site. However, as visitors, you can conveniently keep your belongings in your car, as you can enter and exit through the entrance as long as the event is open (provided you have a valid ticket!).
There are no restrictions on bags in the remaining areas of the premises, but bag checks may occur at the entrance.
Dogs
Bringing your dog is not prohibited at Scandifos, however, we strongly advise against it as there are often many moving cars, loud sudden noises, and large crowds. Dogs must always be on a leash.
