• Exhibition space 5 x 5: 10,000 SEK excl. VAT

The price includes:

• Exhibition space
• Entrance tickets for booth staff (maximum 5 tickets/exhibitor)
• Camping spot + Electricity (10 A)

Additional fees:

• Co-exhibitors: 5,000 SEK

Additional Services

• Electricity 230V/10A: 500 SEK
• Electricity 380V/16A: 1,000 SEK
• Electricity 380V/32A: 2,500 SEK

All prices are in SEK excluding VAT.

Practical Info for Vendors

Opening Hours

• Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Check-in

Check-in at the information center upon arrival.

Delivery to the Area

Arrange material delivery from Wednesday at 12:00 PM to Friday at 09:00 AM.

Dismantling

Begin dismantling Saturday evening after 9:00 PM. Complete dismantling and cleaning within 24 hours after the event ends.

Exhibition Area

• Flat surface area.
• Space behind your tent for trailers or similar items.

Parking

• Free parking for exhibitors at designated areas.

Waste Management

• Exhibitors are responsible for their own waste. Disposal stations are on the premises.

Food on Premises

• Café and food court available.

Security

• The event area is under surveillance around the clock. Remove valuables from the area.
