- Check-inCheck-in at the information center upon arrival.
- Delivery to the AreaArrange material delivery from Wednesday 12:00 PM to Friday 09:00 AM.
- DismantlingBegin dismantling Saturday evening after 9:00 PM.Complete dismantling and cleaning within 24 hours after the event ends.
- Exhibition AreaFlat surface area.Space behind your tent for trailers or similar items.
- ParkingFree parking for exhibitors at designated areas.
- Waste ManagementExhibitors are responsible for their own waste.Disposal stations are on the premises.
- Food on PremisesCafé and food court available.
- SecurityThe event area is under surveillance around the clock.Remove valuables from the area.
